If you don’t know where you’re starting from, it makes it almost impossible to figure out where you’re going. You probably just “do anything” because some kind of movement is better than standing still, but with no sense of direction you end up treading the same ground over and over again.

Our first meeting will include a conversation about your training history, a nutrition overview, and a Functional Movement Screen. This will be an honest look at where you are, and step one of a plan that gets you to where you would like to be. You bring the motivation, I’ll provide the encouragement, guidance, and accountability!

I have not always been passionate about fitness. In fact, in High School I stuck mostly to bicep curls. That is, curling chocolate chip cookies into my mouth. I would occasionally try to exercise, and I might even keep it up for a while. Sooner or later though, boredom would set in and I would drop out of my exercise routine. After more than a few ‘false starts’, it finally clicked, and I discovered a true life passion. I’m in the best shape of my life these days, with much more on the horizon.
